1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all clients, NDIS participants, carers and support coordinators who engage with Advanced Rehab Health.
2. Our Services
Advanced Rehab Health provides a range of NDIS registered and private allied health services, including:
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Psychology and Mental Health Support
- Behaviour Support Planning (BSP)
- Telehealth consultations

3. Informed Consent
By engaging our clinical services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the nature, purpose and potential risks associated with your treatment, and that your participation is voluntary. Informed consent may be obtained in writing prior to commencing therapy.
4. Duty of Care & NDIS Safeguarding
We maintain a duty of care to all clients in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and applicable law. This includes:
- NDIS safeguarding and participant safety
- Incident reporting and management
- Mandatory reporting obligations
- Restrictive practice authorisation where applicable
5. Appointments & Fees
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as per NDIS pricing arrangements.
Fees: All fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Support Catalogue pricing limits. Private clients will be provided with a fee schedule prior to commencing services.
Unpaid Invoices: Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services and referral to a debt recovery process.
6. NDIS Funding Terms
Clients accessing services under NDIS funding agree to the following:
- Appropriate NDIS funding must be available and allocated before services commence
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their plan budget is correctly managed
- We are not liable for services that cannot be funded due to insufficient plan budgets
- Service agreements will be signed before delivery of funded services

7. Telehealth Services
Clients accessing telehealth services acknowledge the following:
- You are responsible for ensuring a safe, private and appropriate environment for your consultation
- Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency situations — please call 000 in an emergency
- Technical difficulties may occasionally impact service delivery; we will endeavour to reschedule where this occurs
- Telehealth sessions are subject to the same confidentiality and clinical standards as in-person appointments

We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government directives, or critical infrastructure failure.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
